Governance & Ethics

Integrity Is Part of How We Deliver.

Clients trust us with their strategy, their contracts, their data and their people. We protect that trust through clear governance, defined accountability and a code of conduct that applies to everyone who works on our behalf.

Our governance framework

Four layers of accountability

Governance at Syntix Global works at four levels, from firm leadership down to every individual engagement.

  1. LEVEL 1

    Leadership oversight

The Managing Director is accountable for firm strategy, risk, ethics and financial stewardship, supported by independent counsel from our Executive Advisory Board.

  2. LEVEL 2

    Engagement governance

Every engagement has a defined scope, a named accountable lead, agreed success measures and a regular governance cadence with the client.

  3. LEVEL 3

    Risk & compliance

Risks, issues, dependencies and decisions are logged and reviewed. Contractual, confidentiality and data-protection obligations are tracked from start to close.

  4. LEVEL 4

    Policies & conduct

Our code of conduct, privacy and information-handling standards apply to employees, contractors and partners who work on Syntix Global engagements.

Code of ethics

The standards we hold ourselves to

These principles guide how we advise, deliver, recruit and operate, in every market we serve.

  • Integrity & honesty

We give candid advice, represent our capabilities accurately and never overstate results. If something is not working, we say so early.

  • Client confidentiality

Client information is used only for the purpose it was shared, accessed only by people who need it, and returned or securely disposed of when an engagement ends.

  • Data protection & privacy

We handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws, our Privacy Policy and the data-handling terms agreed with each client.

  • Conflicts of interest

Potential conflicts are identified and disclosed before work begins. Where a conflict cannot be managed, we decline the work.

  • Anti-bribery & anti-corruption

We do not offer, give, request or accept bribes, kickbacks or improper payments of any kind, directly or through third parties.

  • Fair & ethical recruitment

We assess candidates on skills and merit, never share a candidate’s profile without their consent, and keep candidates informed throughout the process.

  • Responsible use of AI

AI and automation are used with human oversight. Confidential client information is never entered into tools that have not been approved for that purpose.

  • Professional boundaries in LPO

Our legal process outsourcing teams provide process and operational support. Legal advice and legal judgment remain with our clients’ licensed counsel.

  • Respect & inclusion

We treat colleagues, clients and candidates with respect and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or retaliation.

Engagement governance

How every engagement is governed

The same discipline applies whether we are running a transformation program, an LPO service or a recruitment search.

  1. 01

    Engage

Conflict check, confidentiality agreement and clear terms before work starts.

  2. 02

    Define

Scope, deliverables, roles, success measures and data-handling rules agreed in writing.

  3. 03

    Govern

Regular steering reviews with tracked risks, issues, decisions and actions.

  4. 04

    Assure

Quality reviews at defined checkpoints before work is delivered to the client.

  5. 05

    Close

Formal handover, lessons learned, and return or secure disposal of client information.

Speak up

Raise a concern

If you believe someone acting for Syntix Global has behaved unethically, unlawfully or in breach of this code, we want to know. Concerns can be raised by clients, candidates, partners, employees or members of the public.

Every concern is reviewed by leadership, handled as confidentially as the circumstances allow, and we do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
